Michael Dunlop changes teams again. After the failed time with Yamaha and the come-back on the BMW, he is now looking for a new challenge at the Bennetts-Suzuki Team in the 2017-Tourist-Trophy-season.
Dunlop: ‘‘I had a conversation with Steve Hicken (Bennetts-Suzuki team manager). We already worked together for a few times. The situation changed with the new bike, we had to find out what’s possible with it. ‘‘
His first Race will be at the Northwest 200, then the Isle of Man event will be coming.
Dunlop is confident, that the new GSX-R has alot of potential. But also the Bennetts-crew is confident to that the famous road-racer will be successful.
Dunlop explained: ‘‘It’s a great team and there is a relation between the team and Yoshimura, so it will be an interesting year. ‘‘
After the test in Mallory park, there are other tests in Cartagena and Almeria.
